Having spent over a decade in commercial real estate in NYC, James fully understands and empathizes with folks on the other side of the table, working in concert with owners and architects to execute design programming. James is passionate about both CRE and design and brings a wealth of knowledge that is unparalleled in the commercial interiors industry.
James has successfully managed FFE procurement assignments on more than 125 multifamily/condo, student housing and hospitality projects between 2015-2025.
Ikhlas has built a career in accounting across industries, with experience at Deloitte and in high-growth, seven-figure eCommerce companies. He is recognized for precision and financial insight, having optimized inventory structures that boosted profitability while managing thousands of SKUs with accuracy. At Farrell Flynne, he manages financial records and vendor accounts that ensure accuracy and compliance across projects. Currently pursuing advanced qualifications in tax and finance, Ikhlas brings both technical rigor and a forward-looking perspective.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and two children, hiking, cycling, and snowboarding.
Trained as an architect with 6 years of experience in high-end residential and multifamily projects, Marina brings a strong eye for design paired with solid project management skills. Before joining Farrell Flynne, she worked with renowned Brazilian architects and lighting designers, where she refined her ability to balance creative vision with practical execution. At Farrell Flynne, she is valued for her organization, detail orientation, and ability to keep complex projects on track.
Outside the office, Marina enjoys hiking, yoga, beach tennis, caring for her dogs, and spending time with family.

He opened restaurants, built teams, and trained staff across the country. John approaches every project with a "yes we can" attitude, finding creative, cost-effective, and time-efficient solutions for all your FF&E needs. He relishes the opportunity to flex his sourcing and value engineering muscles whenever he can.
Splitting his time between NJ and Bushwick, Brooklyn, John enjoys road trips with his dog, Rue, and discovering hidden gems in and around the city, always in a fresh pair of Nikes.
Bailey brings a decade of experience in the commercial construction world. Before joining Farrell Flynne, Bailey traveled the country building professional sports stadiums and high rise resorts as a General Contractor. Bailey likes to think big picture vision and brings a level of construction knowledge to every project that enhances our ability to take on complex projects.
Bailey and his wife live in California with their dog Capone. On the weekends you'll find Bailey cycling, in his sauna or finding an excuse to be outside.
Eric comes with 15 years of Project Controls experience. He's our operational guru. Part numbers guy, part team builder, Eric brings over a decade of project controls and cost engineering experience to Farrell Flynne. Before joining the company, he led multimillion-dollar oil and gas projects, managing budgets, schedules, and teams across the Gulf Coast and internationally. Today, he applies that same precision and leadership to the world of FF&E procurement.
Eric and his wife live in Houston with their dog, Buster and when he's not working he's either at the gym, at Memorial Park, or spending time with family and friends.
Stephanie brings over a decade of experience in sourcing, operations, procurement, and project management. She specializes in value engineering and logistics strategy for high-profile hospitality spaces and multi-family residences. She is known for balancing creative vision with operational efficiency, ensuring each project meets both budget and design goals. Whether juggling timelines or solving complex site challenges, Stephanie finds creative solutions that stay on budget and on brand.
She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her fiancé and on weekends, you’ll find her going to the latest restaurants, thrift shopping, taking walks along the East River, and planning her next travel adventure—or her next outfit.
