About us
Having spent over a decade in commercial real estate in NYC, James fully understands and empathizes with folks on the other side of the table, working in concert with owners and architects to execute design programming. James is passionate about both CRE and design and brings a breadth of knowledge about both that is unparalleled in the commercial interiors industry. James has successfully managed FFE procurement assignments on more than 100 multifamily/condo, student housing and hospitality projects between 2015-2019. James is a member of IIDA NY Residential Forum, the NJAA, NAIOP and ULI. James has been a guest lecturer on commercial real estate at Baruch College, The College of New Jersey and Seton Hall University and is a member of the Westfield, NJ Board of Adjustment.
